Reaper of Souls launches tomorrow with new from haoxiuyun's blog

Reaper of D2R Items Souls launches tomorrow with new loot-dropping methods, a new Crusader category, a fresh level 70 cap and the addition of an Adventure Mode, and the elimination from an unpopular Auction House. Many of the mechanics have been folded back into the vanilla game in patch 2.0.1. The general gist is that players will receive more diverse loot more often. The general reaction has been positive. "It's pleasing to get people to react to the new changes" Mayberry says, "and I think that the improvements are excellent."

"We believe we're in positive place because we're able to play frequently," he added. "There's lots of excitement that we're waiting for what the public is going to have to say. "Leading the charge for Reaper of Souls is Josh Mosqueira who was appointed as game director in June of 2013. Mayberry described the impact that certain of his choices have had on the game. "Josh came in and really made a push for Adventure Mode and the dynamic difficulty system.

Opening the game. Jay Wilson, the former game director] was really focused on making sure that we had the Diablo experience right, and Josh's priority has been how can we improve it? We had to make pretty major changes to do that which Josh wanted to achieve. It was definitely one of those situations where it's true that once we've accomplished this, there's nothing we can do to change it. There was some anxiety in the beginning, as we began to develop it, but it came together really well."

And what's the matter with Wilson Who was bombarded by thousands and thousands of angry comments following the release of Diablo. "Josh was very close together with Jay," says Mayberry. "I've had the privilege of knowing Jay for, well, I helped bring Jay to Blizzard and I've known him for over 20 years. I'm sure the fans would like creating a rivalry between the two. There's not a single thing."

Nobody at Blizzard uses words such as mistake, error or regret when it comes to Diablo, but the message is quite clear to me: the team has been quick in extolling the benefits of cheap diablo 2 resurrected items the changes but has not been seen to mourn for what's been lost.
