2、Pressing roller system: It consists of rollers arranged in order from large to small diameter. When the sludge is held by the upper and lower filter belts and passes through the press rollers in turn, a pressure gradient from small to large is formed under the tension of the filter belt, so that the pressing force on the sludge in the dewatering process increases continuously and the water in the sludge is gradually removed.

9 、Unloading device: consists of scraper plate, knife frame, unloading roller, etc. Its function is to strip the filter cake and filter belt after dewatering to achieve the purpose of unloading.

10、Transmission device: It is composed of motor, reducer, gear transmission mechanism, etc. It is the power source of the filter belt walking, and can meet the requirements of different belt speeds in the process by adjusting the speed of the reducer.

11, air pressure system: The system is mainly composed of power source (storage tank, motor, air pump, etc.), execution components (cylinder) and air pressure control components (including pressure relays, pressure flow and directional control valves). Through the pneumatic control element, the air pressure, flow and direction are controlled to ensure that the pneumatic actuating element has a certain thrust and speed, and works normally according to the predetermined procedure. It is the power source to complete the filter belt tensioning and adjusting operation.

Reasons for decrease in solids content of Sludge dewatering blocks

①The nature of sludge or the amount of incoming sludge is changed, and the dosing amount or type of dewatering machine is not suitable for the change of situation, resulting in the decrease of dewatering performance of sludge and the decrease of solids content of Sludge dewatering blocks, at this time, the test should be conducted again to determine the appropriate flocculant type or dosing amount, and 40 degree cationic flocculant is recommended.

③The belt tension is too small, which cannot produce enough squeezing force and shearing force, so that the solid content of Sludge dewatering blocks decreases, and the belt tension should be increased appropriately.

④The filter belt is clogged and the water cannot be filtered out, so that the water content of dewatering sludge rises, the operation should be stopped and the filter belt should be flushed carefully before putting it back into operation. It is recommended to check whether the molecular weight of flocculant is too high.
