Due to wear and tear, oil leakage occurs every year or so, and the O-ring seal should be repaired and replaced.

2. The filter plate of the chamber filter press walks slowly or even falls off.

Sometimes, due to excessive oil and stains on the guide rod, the chamber filter press will travel slowly, or even fall off.

3. There are groove marks on the filter plate of the chamber filter press

After the filter plate of the filter press has been used for a few years, for some reason, some grooves have been washed out at the corners. Once the groove marks appear, they will expand rapidly until the formation of the filter cake is affected.

4. The filter cake of the chamber filter press is unevenly formed or not formed.

The reasons for the damage to the filter press plate itself are as follows:

③. When the feed is insufficient or the feed contains unsuitable solid particles, it will also cause the van itself to be overstressed and damaged.

④. When the sludge is too thick or dry blocks are left, it will cause the blockage of the feeding port. At this time, there is no medium between the filter plates of the filter press and only the pressure of the hydraulic system itself is left. Pressure can easily cause damage.

6. Water seepage between chamber filter press compartments
