Some of the biggest developments that came Diablo 4 Gold out of January was the announcement made by Blizzard of an all-new game which is set within the "all all-new universe" is in the works and will add another tie to the Diablo WoW maker's symbolic bow. Blizzard wasn't the only company to announce something brand spanking new however, as Apex Legends creator Respawn Entertainment also revealed that it's working on a triple-A shooter.


In addition to that gamers who play turn-based games were thrilled to hear about a new studio manned with the Doom and XCOM developers, who have united to add more strategic value to the ever-expanding genre.


The most memorable event of February was, obviously, Elden Ring. It was hailed as one of the top FromSoftware games of all time it was the RPG game rocketed to the top of the charts and challenged players all over the world to restore the item that was originally featured. 


In addition to Elden Ring, Amazon Games and Smilegate RPG brought ARPG/MMO hybrid Lost Ark to the West following its successful launch in Korea. The server wait times grew and players frequently lost the desire to play it has since grown after the launch and now offers an array of thrilling areas and classes. Dying Light 2 also deserves a quick mention; after all, who doesn't want to be fighting zombies?


And finally, Valve changed the landscape of gaming on the go as we covered within our Steam Deck review. Initially, not many people could access this handheld due to reservations system and many people placing an order, but the device quickly became a favourite with boot screen modifications and physical accessories as well as developers racing to optimise their games to work with the new system.

In the wake of Elden Ring came Final Fantasy Origin: Stranger in Paradise and it didn't quite match the success of FromSoftware. It cheap Diablo IV Gold was, instead, Elden Ring shot to the top of Steam's charts, as well as, um, porn. In the meantime, Hogwarts Legacy's Quidditch feature (of the absence of it) became the most talked about topic.
