Social Media Specialist

The Social Media Specialist will oversee and implement the organization’s social media activities. He/she will also be working closely with clients to create ideas to strengthen social media platforms by building brand awareness.

Skills
1. At least 3 years working knowledge and experience with Social Media
2. Fluent in writing Arabic and English
3. Plan Social Media communications strategy and carry it out
4. Manage Social Media and update strategy as needed
5. Building a clients/platform online reputation
6. Transforming clients/platform into a social business by building brand awareness
7. Strengthen relationships with clients, prospects & influencers
8. Come up with creative ideas in-line with the strategies agreed with client
9. Improve customer service
10. Create ongoing conversations with consumers via Social Media
11. Identify new content ideas & news, increase web site traffic
12. Create and manage a Social Media and marketing editorial calendar
13. Increase participation/registration on client website and platform(s)
14. Come up with tactics to drive traffic to online platform
15. Report back on progress to CEO
16. Monitor trends in Social Media & digital.
17. Keep clients and the CEO up to date on a weekly basis
18. Ability to present to client on an ongoing basis

Also Should be able to do the following:
• Basic Digital Marketing (SEO, Google Ads)
• Working with Adobe Photoshop.
